PANDEMIA COVID-19 - REOPENING PUBLIC SERVICE

The appointments that were assigned since the Consulate General's closing date to the public have been canceled and new dates are being assigned. As the waiting lists for appointments that have been suspended are completed, this type of act will be available again on the appointments page.
It should be noted that the Post remains closed to the public, proceeding only to the attendance of appointments in a staggered and careful way, in order to continue to guarantee the safety of all.
The Consulate-General will contact users by e-mail with the corresponding appointment, so they are asked to periodically consult their mailboxes. The Post is not responsible for electronic mail that is blocked by the email address provider, or the respective sending to the SPAM and Junk Mail boxes.
When contacted, be sure to bring the following documents:
 
FIRST APPLICATION OR RENEWAL OF PASSPORT / CITIZEN CARD:
- 2 recent photographs (passport size, white background);
- copy of the birth and marriage assento;
- original and a copy of the last BI / CC (identity card / citizen card, valid or expired);
- original and a copy of the passport;
- original and a copy of proof of address, if required;
- in case of minor, both parents need to be present or power of attorney of the absent parent with attested copy of passport/BI/CC.
- printed copy of the complete appointment email received.
 
COLLECTION OF PASSPORT OR CITIZEN CARD / VISA: 
- original CC application acknowledgement receipt (only applicable to citizen card);
- receipt of payment ( for  passport / visa);
- identification document (passport, B.I. or C.C.);

In order to be allowed entry into this Consulate-General, kindly be equipped with the following :
 
- Face mask, covering mouth & nose;
- Blue ink pen;
- Exact change in Rupees
 
ATTENTION: Given the high number of users who are waiting for the opportunity to submit their consular acts, whenever an applicant misses his appointment, his name will be moved to the end of the waiting list, thus giving opportunity to other urgent cases .
